Yankees set to fire Torre?

Why would u fire Joe Torre when he's given your team 9 straight Division titles and taken the team to a World Series championship multiple times. I think if the Yankees fire Torre it will be the biggest mistake the Yankees can make and I don't see how Lou Pinella will do any better than Torre then again we have heard this how many times that Torre was gone and he's still around.

It's time for a change. Joe had a great run, but I am not sure that Piniella is the answer. In the short term ARod and Johnson might be more comfortable.

WEEI has reported from the NY Post that Steinbrenner has changed his mind and will bring back Joe Torre next year.
