I don't know what game you're watching if you didn't think that drive was clutch.

I know this isn't normal, but I did this crazy thing called ... looking at a players entire career rather than 1 drive. There isn't a less clutch player than Peyton Manning in the NFL today.

You have a team as good as the Colts, and you've still never seen a Super Bowl ... there's a reason for that.

I think he's referring to when he is in the playoffs

EDIT: Haha what a play by the Jets to end the game

Yeah any of his numerous trips to the playoffs illustrate my point.

He's clutch in September but not in January like ARod is clutch in meaningless early season games but not in October. I think that's what he meant.

Exactly ... like I said

Peyton Manning is to clutch' date=' as ARod is to .......... clutch.[/quote']

We outplay the Colts for 55min' date=' but lose, and might have lost Coles, what a shame...at least were gunna win the division, so it all comes out in the wash[/quote']That was Coles down on the last play. Whqat did he injure?

i was watching the jets game

when the jets ran back the kick to take the lead with 2 to play i knew they were doomed

I knew right away they left Manning way too much time to run his offense. Zero pressure, and an absolutely ridiculous cushion for his receivers. You can't give Manning 15 yard sideline routes every play with 2 minutes left and expect to hang on. At least they can compete against these teams. Maybe they can knock off the Jags next week, because the three weeks after that they face the Dolphins, Lions and Browns.

Just found out not too long ago that I'm going to the Monday Night game against the Ravens! As much as I love football, I've still never been to an NFL game!

I've been to 4 Jets games...and the Jets are 0-4 in them....

And in the span of games I went...the jets were like 8-4 at home..so I stopped going to games.:thumbdown

Just back from the Broncos/Ravens game. It was awesome. Something about being out in the elements and watching your team while you freeze your ass off just feels so great. I'll reiterate what I've said in the past... this Denver defense is extremely good. Each of the top 3 CB's had picks -- Bailey, Williams, and Foxworth's to close it out.

Two great D's slug it out in the elements, your team wins. It doesn't get and better. I'm jealous !

Not a pretty win, and I wasn't really happy with the defensive gameplan too much, but we got the win.

The problem with the Broncos offense this year is that it's basically as predictable as you can get. I thought the defense should've blitzed more and gotten after Walter. But they kept their bend and not break thing going and didn't allow a TD again.

Champ had another huge pick. I don't care if you have Jesus Christ at Wide Reciever... if you keep testing Champ Bailey he'll make you pay eventually.

What the hell is going on down in the desert?

I wake up from my nap and it's 17-0 Cardinals. Now it's 20-0 to start the second half...

f*** Edgerrin James. I needed the total points for tonight's game to stay under 40 points. 39 would have been fine, because I would have won the tie breaker, but now my point total isn't the closest to break the tie. Friggin Urlacher.

Bears right back in it.

Kornheiser's right. There's no hope for Arizona Cardinals football if they blow this game. Here's what we see a little bit of what Matt Leinart's made of. I'm pretty impressed, so far.

edit: Touchdown, Devin Hester. 24-23 Chicago. Pathetic.

Amazing.

You had to know the Bears offense has been playing way above their heads.

Edgerrin James has, actually, been a terrible pickup for the Cardinals. You'd atleast expect him to convert on 3rd and 1 for the money he's making.

Haha, gotta love the front of ESPN.com...

Earlier in the game it said "It's not a mirage in the desert. The Cardinals lead the Bears 23-3...". Now, it says "Arizona 23, Chicago 3? Turned out to be just a mirage in the desert."
