Posada gets nothing but balls and he strikes out. This is right after he walked the prior 2 hitters. Folks this isnt Loewen this is just piss poor approaches at the plate.

Why does being in 2nd place for a few days suck? If not for us falling back to 2nd place we'd have Ken Huckaby, and Corky Miller as our catchers right now.

Because the only reason we're in 2nd place is because this team has been playing like absolute s*** since the all star break. They played like s*** with Varitek catching, they played like s*** with Mirabelli catching, and I know it's only been 2 days, but Lopez has done nothing to help. Maybe it's anger, I know he hasn't played much, but it's starting to get to me. Especially last night's GIDP.

Trying counting to 10. Theres still a lot of baseball left, and there is a reason we were in first place most of the season. We're in a slump ... every team goes through them ... we'll eventually snap out of it. I'm hardly worried about being a 2nd place team on August 6th.
