Nope. He didn't pitch in any Nationally televised games in May. The first game I saw him in was when he got destroyed by the Guardians. And what I've seen since has been awful.

He doesn't suck but hes needs to listen to people like schilling and try to do things a different way. He only throws fastballs alot of the time....Its time for him to harness his stuff and become a freakin pitcher instead of a damn thrower.

He's got great stuff but he doesn't know how to damn pitch yet.......too many fastballs....it doesn't have the movement.

I share the sentiment that Beckett, 4.46 (coming into tonight) ERA and all has been a disappointment. He's looking like somebody whom we had to take to get Lowell, at this point.

Steroids might be the difference in a deep fly ball becoming a short HR -- not a deep fly ball hitting off of the front of upper deck.

Mussina has not been sharp at all. If we can force him to make pitches and chop away at the lead, get into the bullpen, maybe see Scot Erickchin, and we're back into it. Don't count us out.

No joke! I would have left Beckett in there now that the game is over (barring hell freezing over) Now thanks to beckett crapping the bed we blow out our bullpen for the rest of the series. The game was over--leave beckett in there until he reaches his pitchcount!
