Tigers win again despite giving up 6 runs in the 1st inning. Wow, Royals, wow...haha.

Brandon Inge has suddenly taken the place of Chris Shelton, hitting a homer about every other day. I think this team is like a young 2005 White Sox team. I do not think they will have the same result due to experience, but they might have a better record.

I believe the Tigers will fall behind after the trading deadline when the White Sox make whatever moves they need to to put them over the top. The White Sox are still just too good in my eyes.

The tigers have the pitching to stay in the race the entire season not just until the trading deadline. They are for real and a very dangerous team.

I just dont' think they have the experience to pull out what will be a tough pennant race with the defending World Champs.

They might not pull out the division but they can make the playoffs as a wild card team with the team they have. they are playing with a ton of confidence right now and they have the talent to win.

I think we will know more about the Tigers when the month of June is over. They have 13 games with the Yankees, Red Sox, White Sox and Blue Jays. They also get the Cardinals at the end of the month. While I like their pitching I dont trust Kenny Rogers in big games down the strech, Todd Jones as closer? and we dont know how Verlander and Zumya will respond to tough games down the strech. Remember this, everyone loved the Guardians last year but when the games got tougher that young team couldnt hack it . Its nice to be pitching well in April and May but things change in September. They still have alot to prove before I consider them contenders for anything.

For sure, we'll see if they're still a house of fire come June's end. If they come out still on top, they've proven themselves to be a serious contender.

True, right now they're on fire. But it remains to be seen if that can last all season. And to fight for the Wild Card they're going to have to fight off the Yankees, the Jays, and hopefully not but maybe, us. Sad thing is, come July 10th I'll be off to boot camp and not get to see how it all works out.:(

i was looking at the tigers opponants thus far this year and their record against winning teams are 7-10 and they are 30-10 VS opponants of 500 or lower , wich includes 8-0 against KC . now they play 12 games with great teams this month so we will see a little of what their made of
