Red Sox WS Rings

:thumbsup: I would like to see if someone can settle a argument a friend of mine and I are having. He insist that his Mother has a Red Sox World Series Ring from the 1918 Red Sox and he insist that it belonged to Lefty Taylor and that it was given to him by the Boston Red Sox after the 1918 WS. Well I tried to inform him that the Red Sox did not give out WS Rings in 1918 and that the ring had to have been made years later but not by the Red Sox can someone please answer this for me?:thumbsup:

I'm not a 100% sure, but I don't think they gave the Sox rings in 1918.
