Appearantly 4 Minor Leaguers have tested positive.

 

Ryan Rafferty - Kansas City

Waner Mateo - Mets

*Ramon Ramirez - Reds

Justin Mallet - Reds

 

* I'm not positive if this is the same Ramo Ramirez, but I believe it is. There was a Ramon Ramirez in the Yankees organization for several years. In fact he started the season in Columbus last year before going off to Tulsa and the Rockiess' organization. Later in the year he was off to Dayton, the Single A affiliate of the Reds.

He was a part of the Shawn Chacon deal, I remember for sure. I just dont remember how he ended up in the Red's system after that.

 

Also important for me to note, but only Rafferty, Mateo, and Ramirez were suspended for performance enhancers. Mallet was suspended for another drug. Marijuana I would guess.

Got a little confusing there. I accidentially posted the thread twice, so I went into one of them and edited the post to "Double Post, sorry.....". but I guess at the same time a mod deleted the other one. No problem, corrected everything.
