NCAA March Madness Contest

Anyone who thinks Nova is better than UConn is kidding themselves, and yes I would have said that before they beat Nova today, and right after Nova beat them. The only team in the country better than UConn is Duke, and even as a diehard Duke fan I don't feel totally comfortable saying that.

 

Nova does have a good chance no matter what seed they get in the tourney because it's all about guard play in the tourney and Nova is all about guard play.

 

If the brackets are set up right Duke and UConn will meet in the championship.

 

 

 

BTW I'm up for doing brackets on yahoo, or where ever.

As I said Yahoo fantasy games puts everyone in a group and then we can put all our brackets in and it'll keep score for us. So we basically have to do no work except put our bracket in.

If there is a contest it probably will be for a custom title or something of that effect as after the Super Bowl SFOC told me that he would not be interested in supplying cash prizes for a NCAA or NBA contest. That being said I think we should run a contest through Yahoo. Everyone can easily fill out a bracket and whoever wins would win the contest, I also know that they allow many people to enter the contest. So instead of picking teams everyone should just fill out their own bracket, all that would be left is to figure out what the prize would be.

 

That isn't entirely accurate. What I said was, " Due to lack of time ( tax season ) and lack of personal interest, I have no interest in running any contests for basketball ( Pro or college ) or hockey ".
