probably the best pats fan site on the web...great info on the pats salary cap and future salary cap hits if you are interested. just a well done website for all pats fans.

Is Patsfans down? The Sox started, I switched over to NESN and the Pats scored. I've been trying to get over to patsfans to find out what happened and I'm getting connection timouts.

I can't speak to that as i was watching the game about 45min behind on my DVR. However the site was up sunday night when i got on and every time since then that i have tried.

Were you able to actually get on while b4 the 4th quarter?

 

I ask because, now that they are up, the consensus is "they were down." There is a thread dedicated to the outage on patsfans.com.

 

The hosting site was up (traceroute confirmed this) but the [v]host wasn't responding to SYN (according to tcpdump).

I know there were database issues yseterday, but I could at least reach them. Now nothing is listening on port 80.
