Save this date! Red Sox tribute to Ted Williams etc.

Hi everyone. I am the events coordinator for the USS Saratoga Foundation based in Providence & North Kingstown RI. The Ted Williams museum is sending us a Korean War Era plane like the one flown by Mr. Williams and we are restoring it to make it into a satellite Ted Williams/Boston Red Sox Musuem. They are also sending us Ted Williams artifacts!

On April 30th we will be hosting a fundraising dinner attended by former Red Sox Greats (TBA) and a Golf Match on May 1st. Local golfers and fans will have a chance to pair up on the course with Red Sox Legends! Save the date and if you are interested let me know and I will contact you as more details become available.

OK I am definetely lost now lol! Anyway, we are getting a Panther Jet and we are restoring it in the colors of Ted Williams Military Unit. It should be pretty neat.

The really cool thing is that Lou Gorman is on our board of directors and he will help us contact former Red Sox Greats who will attend the dinner the night before the golf tournament and local people can buy raffle tickets to win a chance to play a round of golf with the Red Sox star of their choice!
