I SAID THEY THREW THEM OUT!

If you throw out his stats against the Rays, then the league hits hit at .235. That's better than .350 correct?

ah no they didnt throw them out. They had his stats against the league next to his stats against the D-Rays.

Thats not the point at this point. You called me out for saying that his BAA was 235 against all teams but you failed to "comprehend" what I said and in the process you preceeded to belittle me. Plus when you show his BAA against the rest of the teams compared to his BAA against the D-Rays it show how well they hit him compared to other teams SO YES IT IS REVELENT. Thank you come again......

You failed to mention that the YES network, was comparing the two. You only said that the league hit Wang at .235 without the Devil Ray stats, you neglected to mention what the Rays hit against him.

I said, that it was irrevelant on how Wang pitched against the Red Sox, the White Sox, or whoever, he was facing the Devil Rays and that was all that was relevant.

Well you mentioned the fact that the D-Rays hit him well so I didnt feel I had to show you that stat.

No, I didn't say the Rays hit him well. I said a free swinging team, with speed is usually dangerous against a contact pitcher, who's doesn't strike guys. I had no idea Wang had faced the D-Rays more than once. I was completely oblivious to that stat. Thanks for pointing it out.

I shouldnt have said you mentioned the stat. You predicted a 8-5 score so I figured you were aware of the stat. I guess you shouldnt assume.

I assumed correctly didn't I?

Ah, I got it. You're no worse (in fact you are worse) than any of the Red Sox fans you call biased on here. You're just as biased as they are. You won't concieve the fact that your "best" pitching prospect actually sucks.

Whos the Yankee best pitching prospect? lmao please tell me.

Why would you want to watch anything on YES anyway? I feel the same about NESN.

I watch YES and cheer on who ever is playing the yankees, and kay, kaat, singleton, justice all suck.

just my opinion.

I never said they didnt stink. Kaat is the only good one because hes is the "most" objective. I give Remy credit because he gets on the Sox sometimes.

NESN sucks too. I didn't say it ruled. The best show on NESN is probably that Charlie Moore guy, and since no one wants to watch someone fish, no one watches it. The YES network's best show is Yankeeography, which if you watch, you'll probably commit suicide.

I give the advantedge to NESN, because they believe they aren't a TV network, they just show the game, the highlights, and that bad fishing show.

Whereas, the YES network, has Kids on Deck, which blows more than Liberace in a gangbang, Yankeeography, and that pathetic pregame show.

Edge: NESN.

Phillip Hughes.

Don't start a prospect discussion. The Red Sox farm system is way better than the Yankees. Just concide that fact.

Well we agree there. The worst show on YES by far is running.

So Philip Hughes has dominated at every level but he sucks. I'm really confused. He had a 1 ERA in his first full season this year before he was called up to I believe Charleston. God I wish most of our prospects sucked that bad.

mike and the mad dog and road trip on YES aint bad, but as for overall game performance I'll choose NESN 10 times out of 10

The Road Trip stinks IMO. I watch M@MD sometimes. Sometimes they get to wraped up in themselves I just need to turn it off.

Spin Doctor alert. I believe your best prospect is Phillips Hughes, the majority of Yankee analyist believe it is Wang, because he is producing right now.

No where did I say Phillips Hughes sucked. He is injury prone though.

Spin Doctor alert.

How do you spin a 1 ERA in your first full season of pitching?

Heres baseball america's take on Hughes:

3. PHILIP HUGHES, rhp Age: 18 B-T: R-R Ht: 6-5 Wt: 220

Drafted: HS—Santa Ana, Calif., 2004 (1st round) Signed by: Jeff Patterson

Background: New York had Hughes ranked higher on its 2004 draft board than 23rd overall, but that's where it got him. The Angels strongly considered him at No. 12 before deciding to take top-rated pitcher Jered Weaver. After being drafted, Hughes joked that he had been raised a Red Sox fan but was pleased to be with the Yankees nevertheless.

Strengths: His stuff, size and control have the Yankees comparing Hughes to Roger Clemens. He has similar velocity with a fastball that touches 95 and sits at 90-94 mph, and he generates it with an easy, fluid motion. His fastball also has late life up in the strike zone. Hughes changes a hitter’s sightline with a slider that at times has good bite and depth. He’s also shown good arm action on his changeup, and both his secondary offerings project as at least average pitches.

Weaknesses: Hughes was shut down more than a month after his pro debut with a sore elbow that turned out to be nothing more than tendinitis. He returned with two excellent outings in August before breaking his toe after kicking a door. He also threw well in the Yankees’ fall minicamp, dampening concerns about his health. Otherwise, he just needs innings and experience to refine his stuff.

The Future: The Yankees consider Hughes a high school power arm with the polish of a college pitcher. So if he’s healthy, he’ll move quickly. He’ll start 2005 at their new low Class A Charleston affiliate and could reach New York by 2007.

Come on man just admit that hes good. I GARENTEE YOU Hughes will be in the top 20 prospects or near it in next years BA top 100.

Oh ok, when you said "your top pitching prospect sucks" I thought you ment Hughes because Philip is the Yankee top pitching prospect. If he keeps it together he has the promise of a Matt Cain who is the major's right now. I wont go crazy and call him King Felix but he has potential to be a #1 IMO and others.

our best prospect is Duncan. Our best pitching prospect is Hughes, only reason I pick him over Wang is that Wang is in the bigs and has been 90% of the year

Amen, YES is the worse channel ever made. I'd rather watch Paid Programming on NESN, then anything on YES.

so i guess all of those Emmys dont mean anything.

Best regional sports network in the country doesnt mean s*** anymore

I watch YES and cheer on who ever is playing the yankees, and kay, kaat, singleton, justice all suck.

Ive already had this debate before so im not trying to start a big thing, but i will take any combination of the Yes broadcast crew over the NESN crew. ANYDAY Remy is so annoying and Orsillo isnt much of a pbp guy
