Blue Jays seeking end to skid

Toronto (63-62) at New York (69-55), 7:05 p.m. ET

After dropping two straight games to the Yankees, the Blue Jays play New York on Wednesday night in the third game of a four-game set. David Bush takes the mound for Toronto with a chance to rebound after losing his last two decisions. Bush has struggled on the road, losing four of his seven games away from the Rogers Centre. Bush was knocked around during his most recent outing, a 9-5 loss to the Tigers. He allowed four runs, two earned, and five hits in 2 2/3 innings. Bush will be opposed by Mike Mussina, who's looking to win his third straight start.

Mussina has pitched well at Yankee Stadium. His home ERA of 3.09 is 10th in the American League. He allowed five hits and one run in seven innings during his last start, a 3-1 victory against the White Sox.

Champ: It jumped up a notch!

Ron: It did, didn't it?

Brick: Yeah, I stabbed a man in the heart!

Ron: I saw that! Brick killed a guy! Did you throw a trident?

Brick: Yeah, there were horses, and a man on fire, and I killed a guy with a trident!
