They spent money both off seasons. The O's got off to a great great start, overachieved, but then just threw it in reverse. It's not like they've been sputtering along playing .500 ball. Their injuries were manageable injuries, not devastating ones. They've gone in the tank, no other way to say it. Managers are held responsible for that.
