It has been unusually slow around here...

if jay payton wants to be traded, i kinda dont want to see him go. what can i say, been most productive as a backup at 4 homeruns, 19 runs batted in. cant blame him though for wanting to be a starter. Rumors were that Arizona are interested in him. Fingers crossed that if the sox make the trade, they should get relief pitcher Lance Cormier, nice fill in for embree for god hes not cutting it at all. First batter he faces in the 8th, he hits him, somethin you dont want to do in a scoreless game, i can admit now that times he is called up i get worried, especially in a tied game. Lance Cormier in his relief spot this season has been doin very well posting a nice ERA of like 2.45
