Fenway Park here I come

Well, it's been a great 7 years of following the Red Sox and now I've finally gotten the opportunity to see a game at the Fens. In my opinion you can love the Red Sox and spend a couple hours listening to WEEI online while reading about the Red Sox on the globe's website or chatting on a Red Sox fan forum, and pay $200 like I have to watch the Sox, but until now I have tried not to refer to myself as a die-hard Sox fan because I had not yet been to this beautiful ballpark. Now my quest comes to an end.

 

Hopefully I'll get to see a great game on Friday with Wells on the mound and maybe we can come away with a win. I'll be in Boston for 5 days and am staying at the Colonnade. Just wanted to post one last time before I get back on Thursday. GO SOX!

I think he means are the ticket prices are outrageously high and yes they are. I believe you can get a bleacher seat for 6 bucks for a Dodger game where as with us it costs like 25.

Yea, I think it was just a figure of speech used to express frustration at the prices, which are ridiculous. I like that line though.
