Just remember we had a huge game when we were slumping and we still struggles for awhile. I'm not worries about the next game because we have Moose pitching and in the month of may he has the highest win percentage of any pitcher in the League. Like I said Wells is not good against us so far. should be a good game.

Wells had one game against you this year...and one last year...you can't judge him by only 2 starts against you.

However, this is the only time I will ever compare blowouts to each other. Our huge game was against you, the team we NEED to beat. It boosted our confidence much more and it hurt you more than it will help you. Your blowout was against the Devil Rays. You can't compare our blowout of you to your blowout of the Devil Rays. It wasn't THAT important. You're not going to NEED to beat Tampa Bay down the stretch. We will need to beat you.

If we were playing the Rays yesterday I would feel bad for the torture they would have had to endure. It wouldn't have just been 17-1. Against their pitching (which yesterday shown isn't that much worse than yours), it would have looked like a football game. (Not that the one yesterday didn't )

I agree with Schilling there's a huge difference between blowing out the Yankees/ Red Sox (pending on what team you pull for) than blowing out the D-Rays.

Blow outs don't demoralize teams its just an excuse to rest veterans and get soe work in for the not everyday players. The Yankees have always come back to win the next game after getting blownout in a game. Most teams do. You got owned. Nuff said. I'd rather see a walkoff then a blowout against my team. At least when its a walkoff you can blame someone and say "Damn, he screwed us over" but when you get massacred like yesterday everyone is to blame, and honestly shows that your team is weak.

i'm still here. Was out of town for the Holiday. not running and I'm not worried cause i'm watching the Sox-O's game. Will be tied after tonight. I think you guys had two good games and struggling again. we did the same this year we one great game against Texas and then we had the A-Rod 10 RBI game against the Angels the next night then we lost to the Angels the next two night's. If you guys win tommorow you might be outta of the woods, but we'll see.

We DOMINATED you, as far as I'm concerned we're out of the woods. Don't get me wrong, we need to have a good next three games against the Orioles, but I'm satisfied with the way we're playing and am looking forward to giving Wells a big ovation when he starts on Friday.

That shouldn't give you much confidence. Any team that struggles for that long and loses the last three games of a 4 game series against Tampa Bay doesn't deserve to make the playoffs, and if they do will get knocked out right away.

The yankees are the laughing stock of baseball! This team has the highest payroll and they suck so bad! I find it so funny that they get swept by the royals and are going to be swept by the twins!
