First Pitch: 7:05 PM, Fenway Park, Boston

TV: NESN, ESPN 2

Season Series: Tied, 2-2

Starting Pitchers:

BOS >>> (3-4) >>> http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/images/gameday/mugshots/121811.jpg Schilling 0-0, -.-- ERA

Should be another great game at home today. I think Schill will pitch better then a shaky Wright. Wright picked up a loss vs. the Orioles last week, giving up 6 ER in only 4 innings. Schilling, as we all know, will be making his 1st start back from his injury. I expect a high scoring game, with the Sox O coming though in the end. We should be ready for the series sweep tomorrow, and get above .500 before this series is over.

I really needed a day off from a game after Monday. And now it's Schilling's grand return. If there's a ceremony, I can't take it anymore. We'll see right away in the first what kind of fastball and splitter Schilling has out there. Watch out for Wright going after a Sox hitter. He had a rep for nailing yankee hitters.

We tried a failed poster canvassing compaign last year. It's a good idea though, maybe for future games. I think the problem was that, although people saw our bold TALKSOX.COM flyers and the accompanying text, they simply forgot about it because they had nothing to take home with them.

A talksox.com tshirt could also get the name out there. I'll think of something.

I would have liked to score there, but I think the second time around that Wright will get hit hard. Schilling showed suprisingly good control in the first inning, but I doubt it will last, but we shall see.

Good Performance by schilling thus far, almost 60 pitches through 3 innings thought (but he should go 6 innings), and nice play by mueller on that last groundball to get outta the jam

ok that's minimal damage considering what it could've been...

we better make up for blown chances. I don't know how many more innings Schilling can go.

as far as I can remember, we've never gotten a rally going when he's on the mound...

Well, we'll have to hold the yankees here, and hope we can work out magic again against Rivera in the 9th... we'll need three runs at least.
