The only way last year could have possibly ended any better is if the Sox won the World Series A ) at Fenway and B ) with Nomar at short, in my opinion. I'd almost forgotten about the "Happy Birthday" chants........

I hope he has a monster year this year. The whole free agent thing last year has produced something interesting for me... I can finally watch, on certain days, Dodger, Cubs and Mets games with some level of interest now.

I don't think Renteria will dissapoint at all. I think he'll be much better at Fenway than any of you think. But yeah, I hear you.

I give Renteria a hard time. I'll like him, don't get me wrong, but he didn't have a $40 million year last year. Hopefully Bill James and Theo know something I don't.

I'm watching the cubs right now and hew hit a homer. The way his contract is, he'll definitely have a monster year this year. If I was a fantay baseball guy nomie would be on my team.

 

I have heard only good things about edgar I think he'll prove his worth in spades.
