haha, hell no, he hasnt started in a few seasons, hell be kinda rusty. i say hell win between 12-16

I think he wont win 20 games as a starter, but he'll make them a much better team.

He's still a very good pitcher and will be a huge factor for Atlanta's playoff hopes.... but I really doubt he'll win 20 games. Even in his prime he only won 20 games once.

As nasty as his stuff is, I don't know that he has the stamina any more. Also, the Braves are a far cry from the teams of the 1990's, when many pitchers could win a fair number of games ont hat team (see Steve Avery).

15-9, 3.42 ERA for Smoltz next year; IMO, I'm being generous to the Braves lineup on the 15 wins. Smoltz will have his days.
