It's clearly going to either be the Sox or Cardinals. The Sox just offered him more money, so it really comes down to whether he'll show some loyalty to the Cards or whether he wants the cash. I'm leaning toward the latter.

now that pedro is off the market(and the sox didnt pay him), he will definitly sign with the sox. they have money and a world championship fro last year. i would be surprised to see him in anything else then a red sox uni come april
