Ok, who's going to the parade on Saturday? I'll be watching it from either ESPN or MLB. It sounds like it will be a blast (if you happen to like people around you).

This is pretty funny. Looks like they are practicing the parade inside of Fenway. Or are those just Manny's cars?

Bahaha, what an awesome picture. I may or may not go, depending on how early I want to go/If I want to be squished by 4 million people. I may end up following it on TV. Better views anyway....

But if anyone goes, it is your duty to tell at least 5 others about talksox! Lets keep things interesting here over the offseason.

he he, the parade is basically driving right by my house. i live at 234 comm ave, basically 1 st away from the pru on boylston which the parade is going down. nothing like a 10 second walk out your backdoor :-D

i did. it was overrated imo.. i saw the players for a total of 2 minutes..

it was worth it though. my gf got to see damon (she thinks he's so cute). i got to see my homeboy pedro, it was great. he was waving and thrusting his hips, hilarious. manny was holding a f*** the curse sign and a sign showing babe screwing a donkey from behind, pretty funny.

a lot of people were there. i wore my 2004 world series hat, i'll probably never wear it again unless it's a world series.

can't wait to get my pink new era hat (YES, i said pink) i wear that when i play paintball.

Some guy threw some type of orange juice bottle at the police motorcycles that I saw and some drunk guy ran into the middle of street while it was closed. That's all the misbehaving that I saw. People came up with chants for everything that they saw while we were waiting. We were across the street from a hotel and people chanted "Visor Guy" whenever a guy with a visor would peek his head out the window.

I think the parade itself was a little bit of a disappointment. I didn't get to see Manny, Foulke or the World Series trophy because they were on the other side of the boat. The people on the other side of the street didn't get to see Schilling or Ortiz because they were on our side of the boat. I think that is why we should have a rally so everyone gets to see everybody.

I am glad that I went because this is something that I'l probably always remember that I was at the first Red Sox world championship parade.

Or what about "Window Guy" and "Window Girl", or how about "Little Kid". I think we were in the best spot possible, there was everything you could as for. Comedy, Good View, and umm, what more could you ask for

Yeah same here.

I heard from somebody, don't know if it's true, that somebody through a baseball at a duckboat when they were at the lake. I heard Lowe tried to catch it and he tipped it so it hit Pedro in the head.

Anyone hear anything about that?
