I've heard a rumor that MLB wants the Sox and MFY to switch opening dates giving the Sox the home opener a week earlier to allow for national TV, however Steinbrenner is balking at the idea.

Either way, I'm hoping my World Champs gear arrives by then so I can stay home and watch it all on TV.

I'd rather have the first series at the stadium, I'd like to hear what new chants they can come up with.
