i say tonight the sox win 7-3.... manny will continue his tear. Maybe millar will also have another great night and hopefully pokey and bellhorn come up big too like last night

Millar was really out of his slump last night going 4-4. But I get wat I think you mean, 2nd game in a row that he is doing well.

Mueller already has 7 errors. I wonder if he's bothered by some kind of injury because some of the throws to 1st base have been terrible the past couple of weeks. As I recall he did have like a strained muscle from BP.

i still think it was a mistake trading hillenbrand last year. he was a good hitter, yankee killer, and a steady fielder. last year it looked like the dumbest trade ever with the way BK performed and his injuries. i think keeping shea as a player off the bench and not getting BK would have been some smart moves. mueller is worthy of a starting job, but having a player like shea coming off the bench would have been great last season

mueller proved last year that he is a better player than hillenbrand, and i am happy with BK over shea now...

 

but like RoyNHSox said, this should be discussed somewhere else...keep this thread for game related posts.

Bellhorn now leads the AL in BB's and K's.

 

And Ortiz still does NOT impress me batting against lefties! One of the reasons why I don't think he's worth big money if the Sox resign him.

agreed, i remember last year mueller looked like an a-rod at 3b. He was making diving catches then throws from his knees, this year his standing throws are s*****, i think he is injured also
