    you see the glass half full, i see it as bone dry with a hole in the bottom. Narvaez was a blind squirrel finds an acorn deal that actually worked out. i'll give them that one. trading Yorke for Priester was a good trade. giving him to Milwaukee for nothing was stupid beyond words. Fajardo and Sandlin are TBD. i hope Gray works out. Oviedo....who knows? he's another in a long line of desperation moves they hope pans out. the return in the Devers and Sale trades was absolutely f***ing horrible. then trading James Tibbs III (the one guy i thought might make it someday) from that trade for a few months of Dustin May. AYFKM??

    he's certainly not afraid to make them -good or bad. i won't go over all the trades as i know Moon has done this many times, but, in my mind, the Crochet trade was the only good trade. and we paid a heavy price in that deal.

    i saw Geno play several games last year when the Mariners were in KC. i'd be fine with him at third.

    ownership being tight-fisted is one thing -and that's on JH. making horrible trades is on Breslow.

    agree. i was 100% on the Breslow bandwagon. until the big wheel on the left side fell off.

    it's a fair take. Breslow's handling of the Devers situation has done a great deal of harm. we had a promising infield, then one little piggy got hurt, one little piggy went to SF, one little piggy stayed home and one went wee wee wee all the way to the bank.

    we lost just a little bit more than cash and draft picks; we lost the "face of the franchise" and 30+HRs a year.

    it's like NOW they try to move guys to a position that's better suited for their skillset. too bad they din't think of that a couple years ago.

    it's truly ridiculous the way the team is now being run. i wouldn't bitch nearly as much if they didn't have the resources to be competitive, but it is inexcusable for this organization, with the resources at their disposal, to not do more to try and win.

    very true. yet it won't stop some of Breslow/Henry's bootlickers from telling us how great they're going to be and how luck we are that we DIDN'T sign Alonso or Bregman or Schwarber or any f***ing player that might, ya' know, make a difference.

    they're just not being serious. they don't upgrade when they can. they pull this "we're interested in ________" s*** every f***ing year when we all know it's ********. and then sign some loser to fill a hole that could have easily been filled with a better player. John Henry still trying to be the smartest greedy billionaire in the room and just coming out looking like a stupid greedy billionaire.
