  1. My point was if he was capable of stopping it, then they wouldn't have been sub .500 for as long as they were.
  2. Of course you would. But you would also like the pawsox chances against a Major League All Star team......
  3. jays break through with the first run of the game.
  4. I disagree. I don't feel they made asses of themselves. I think the covid vax mandate is ridiculous.
  5. Alex Cora talks Red Sox's COVID-19 vaccination status WWW.MLB.COM TORONTO -- For reasons beyond baseball, the Red Sox endured their most scrutinized loss of the season on Tuesday. With closer Tanner Houck on the restricted list due to not being vaccinated against COVID-19, Boston’s short-handed bullpen allowed four straight Toronto batters to reach in a 6-5, walk-off loss. On

  12. Anything can happen, that's why you play the games.
  13. He had a rough first inning and then settled down to pitch a decent 5 innings in total. The big bats did more damage and we swept another series.
  14. Possibly, but I feel there are maybe 4 top teams, the Yanks, 'stros, mets and dodgers. So I think the Yanks have roughly a 1 in 4 chance.
  15. One thing that I may disagree with in your mini dissertation was giving cora credit for sticking with wacha after the terrible first inning. He really didn't have much of a choice, especially with being a little short handed in the pen with houck refusing to bow to canada's ridiculous rules.
  16. I'm not jackson........
  17. Way to go out on a limb......
  18. Yes, it was very moonslop-esque.
  19. I was simply appeasing you and your love of the "what if" scenarios. So, with that out of the way, how would you feel about the sox chances should they open the playoffs in toronto?
  20. I'm not vaxxed, I don't wear a mask, I don't social distance and am out in the crowds every weekend and have been since my area was re-opened. Never even had the sniffles and have never tested positive for the virus.
