    True, but it was strong enough to play second, for how long no one knows, and we wouldn’t be in this self inflicted mess, with no ss or 2nd baseman. This off season has not been bad luck, just bad management

    The way I see it is if Story had stayed at second base he wouldn’t need the surgery, it was the RedSox horrible handling of the shortstop situation in both AAA and the bigs, that caused the problem,

    All the Red Sox did was extend a guy they should have signed a year ago to a big contract, made him the centerpiece of the team to build around, without good players around him the Sox still suck, I’m glad they signed Raffy, but I’d rather have a winning team, but you guys are happy, JH wins Florida property for sale with bridge, contact FSG

    I agree with that, three years of moves like that and non moves that should have been made have Blooms stamp all over them, it’s become almost a weekly occurrence and it’s gotten to the point that I just shake my head and laugh a little

    JH is not only getting booed on this side of the Atlantic but the other side as well, it seems a lot of the same tactics are being used on the soccer team with player spending, I think that soccer league will be glad when he sells

    I think they planned all along to just keep one and they didn’t care who, they wanted to pattern the team like the Rays of yesterday, with one super star for the fans surrounded by prospects and the old and injured

    JBJ never could hit, he would hit like the best hitter in baseball for a couple weeks in the summer, then get ice cold but he could never sustain it

    Cordero is not a first baseman, but neither was anyone else we had there, so compared to the other choices he didn’t play any worse, my big problem with him and Dalbec is strike outs with runners on base with less than two outs, we lost a lot of games because of where they batted in the lineup if your hitting 270 with 35 hr you can strike out 200 times

    You can think either or all you want with Bogaerts and Devers but the fact of the matter is, they took the only one that was left

    I hope your right but you missed my point the signing didn’t change the personnel on the team, we’re the same team as yesterday

    My point was the personal on the team hadn’t changed, it wasn’t a signing that added to the talent already on the team
