    You know what? Mookie is going to be a free agent after next season. He hasn’t given any indication that he is interested in staying with the Red Sox. He has stated that he doesn’t even want to talk about it. Unlike Bogaerts, who has been vocal about how much he likes to play in Boston. If Mookie wants to play hardball.. you k ow what? Take a walk. Let’s beef up the farm system and go from there. There is no way that he will get what he wants here.. which is most likely a 300 million contract. F that.

    More of the same from the St Louis Blues fan tonight.. his “hitting” has now officially spilled over to the field. It’s going to be interesting how the Red Sox handle him.

    Cora recently said that these players need to play better. A lot of these guys get paid through the roof and it just isn’t translating into wins. Sale isn’t helping his ERA today. He’s thrown 71 pitches already.
