I’ve been saying it since Day 1. It better happen sooner rather than later. It’s not that we’re running out of time but the lead is huge. It’s a huge lead and there are other teams around us that are playing good baseball. They’re trending up and we’re not doing that."

    The Renfroe idea has been kicked around. That and trading for two arms will be enough imo. I don’t know if we can count on Eovaldi at all this year. The cut to the chase analysis is that he has a strong arm that has trouble remaining healthy i.e., setback after setback.

    Thank you for last year. It was immense. But you know what needs to happen to make this team competitive this year. Cora can only do so much with the groceries he has. Sell, trade, sign... do whatever you have to do in order to give this team a chance this year. Don’t wait until the trading deadline. The sooner the better. One aspect of this team is sabotaging the remaining moving parts. You are the GM of the Boston Red Sox and you know that looking the other way is not an option. Get it done Sir.

    Even if Devers ties it up there, the pitching would give it right back in the 9th. Dombrowski is making me sick to my stomach right now. This team has scored 20 runs in two games and they are about to go down in flames again.

    I have to be honest. And I think that I speak for all of us here. I am shocked and disappointed that Dombrowski has not made a few moves yet. Ok.. he thought that he could get away with it this year, I get it.. it was a long shot but I get it. But at this point?? This is a broken team with absolutely no shot of winning a post season series. How the f*** is the GM sitting around and letting THIS happen on a consistent basis this year? Get Renfroe, get rid of Benintendi, get two additional arms for the pen. Pick this damn team up off the floor! Because they are not competitive. PERIOD.

    We all know what the glaring issue is guys. Dombrowski needs to take a lot of heat for this. This is squarely on HIM. Not only is the pen inadequate.. they are a flat out embarrassment to big league baseball. Call a press conference Dave... address the issue and speak to the fans that buy Red Sox merchandise and buy tickets. Get to work because we are all sick and tired of the silence.

    Dude it doesn’t matter. The game is over. It was 10-4 already. The post game interviews will be good. When is Dombrowski scheduled to have a press conference?

    This team is broken. Can’t win big games with no pen. It’s just that simple. I think all of us need to manage our expectations going forward. If Dombrowski doesn’t want to make some moves he’s gunna see a dip in ratings.

    He’s annoying as hell. All he does is keep the ball low and hopes for fishermen. If the Sox lay off of his typical low pitches they’ll do fine.
