    Remember that ridiculous “special” that Mendoza ran on Frazier’s shoes when the Red Sox played the Skanks a few weeks back? Can you imagine Jon Miller doing something like that? ESPN now.. consists of nothing but a bunch of scripted talking heads who try to shout over one another so that they can get a sports soap opera effect.. which in turn, gives them ok ratings. That whole network makes my stomach turn.

    Jokes aside.. he’s really not bad. He makes the other two sound like their mentally challenged. Hated him as a player but he’s fine in the booth.

    Jon Miller is my all time favorite.. followed closely by Vin Scully. Those two are untouchable.

    I have nothing against A-Roid as an analyst. I think he does a decent job actually. Mendoza on the other hand, has a bad radio/broadcast voice, and her “analytics” are so obvious that it makes me squirm. She adds absolutely nothing whatsoever. Spare me the the “sexist” nonsense.. it’s not about that. ESPN used to have a terrific one two punch with Jon Miller and Joe Morgan. Jon especially. Gary Thorne used to be terrific for NHL Hockey Night in America as well. Jessica Mendoza and Matt Vasgersian are abysmal.

    The ESPN game is blacked out in my area.. which is good I guess. Tough to stomach the likes of the ESPN crew.

    “The Clown Sale” 2019 tour continues. I was thinking that perhaps ERods performance would motivate Sale today. Not a chance. What a disappointment. We need to acquire more pitching.. I dunno how to even address Sales struggles this season. I’m speechless.

    Most likely yes.. yes he does. But I am more concerned about Beni’s bat, than his glove this season.

    Nothing wrong with O'Brien most of the time. He has a good broadcast voice and some of his calls over the years have been terrific.
