Lol, don't we all! I bought my house 14 months ago for $517K, two comparable houses on my block just went on the market for around $620K. One is slightly smaller than mine and the other doesn't have a pool, which mine does. I'm hoping they sell at or near those asking prices!

Exactly, SSS. I would think his .760 over almost 700 at bats is more indicative of where he's at right now.

I'm not so sure that an OPS of .760 qualifies as very good to excellent. And his OBP last year of .298 needs to improve.
