Since being drafted in June out of college, Feltman has struck out 31 and walked 3 in 19 1/3 innings, with a 2.29 ERA for Lowell, Greenville and Salem. Sale was in the majors the year he got drafted. Why not bring up Feltman? These other clowns in the bullpen all suck.
