  1. Andriese is always available. He's a slut.
  2. SOX with a rare opportunity for a come from behind win.
  3. Receiving the game on the Angels' feed. Their announcers do so much turd polishing one would think the Angels were in 1st place.
  4. Well, at least he did wish Ohtani a happy birthday.
  5. Reminds me of a joke about two guys who go to a boxing match. One of the guys notices that one of the boxers before he goes to the center of the ring to get instructions from the ref makes the sign of the cross. After seeing that, the guy asks the other guy "do you really think that helps?" The other guy answers "yes, if he's a good boxer."
  6. Speaking of 'fair', it's way overdue to rename the foul line and foul pole to the fair line and fair pole. If the line and the pole were actually 'foul', then a baseball hitting either one of them would also be foul.
  7. Except for the ball being in play between the foul lines, there's nothing fair about baseball. It's probably the most unfair of all the team sports. So when there is so much unfairness in a sport what comes around to neutralize this unfairness? LUCK. But 'luck' can go from good to bad in a heartbeat.
  8. Ohtani is so much like Devers at the plate. Neither one goes up there to walk.
  9. These west coast games are fun aren't they?
  10. The shift giveth and the shift taketh away.
  11. Maybe this will give us more respect for what Barnes has done so far this season.
  12. Closing is a whole different animal for relief pitchers.
  13. With RISP Devers' BA is way over .300. This season it's around .360.
  14. Well, the earth is close to the moon compared to the distance to the sun.
  15. A very productive .281.
  16. Rafi's lifetime BA is .281.
  17. 26 straight appearances w/o giving up a run. Taylor has been fantastic!
  18. JD was hot until he was given that day off. Probably just a coincidence.
  19. I guess Ohtani could, also.
  20. Thank goodness Devers is the one who is 24.
  21. Devers could make a case that batting averages are overrated.
  22. The Angels' offense is far from mediocre.
  23. That was a great play against a fast runner. Most of those type of plays work only against slower runners.
