  1. Yeah, I apologized for that stupid post earlier. I won't be berating Perez again this season.
  2. MC and Moreland platooning at 1st has been one of the few SOX strongpoints so far.
  3. Hopefully, when the SOX play the Nats, they'll get to face Scherzer.
  4. Toronto will have home ice advantage throughout the Eastern playoffs.
  5. First deGrom and now Yarbrough. SOX seem to hit well against elite pitching. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot of that around.
  6. Tampa is the team to beat. Of course, they were supposed to be the team to beat last season and that didn't turn out well for them.
  7. 2nd good start in a row for Perez. He is definitely a pitcher and not a thrower. He spots his stuff very well and at different speeds. I'm impressed.
  8. Perez got the lead-off guy out. We may be in trouble.
  9. JD still addicted to that low outside pitch. He needs to join a support group.
  10. This is the most noise I've ever heard at Tropicana Mausoleum. I'm getting the Tampa feed.
  11. The 'Perfection Line' has been perfectly awful so far. On the positive side, the Pens are a team the BRUINS have had great success against.
  12. Hope so, because the guy he was traded for was also fun to watch.
  13. The SOX offense makes Charlie Chaplin movies seem loud.
  14. If this seasoned is cancelled, will all these posts be cancelled. I soitenly hope so.
  15. The SOX pitching is very unique. EO, our best starter, would normally be a #3 or #4. The rest are #5's or worse. Of course, not having the fragile Eduardo doesn't help.
  16. To make this pitching match-up much more fair, Yarbrough should pitch right-handed.
  17. I've posted this before, but I believe for game threads that posts are more interesting when the SOX are either very good or very bad. Playing .500 baseball is boring. On the positive side so far this season, no one has posted that the SOX should re-hire Bobby Valentine.
  18. Surprised to discover that MLB is presenting the SOX/Tampa game today. They had originally programmed Mets/Nats, but changed it because the Mets have their own station in my area. So Tyler won't be alone this evening.
