  1. This is why the 3rd base coach usually sends the runner home to be thrown out. The odds are better. This is an offense only a mother could love.
  2. The wind blowing in will work against the Sox warning track line-up.
  3. At this point in the season it isn't will the Sox lose, it's more like how will the Sox lose.
  4. The Sox are now 5-24 when the opponent scores first. I'm not a genius, but I believe that's affecting where the Sox are in the standings.
  5. Still waiting for Fred's official call. Maybe I should call for a wellness check on Fred.
  6. Mayer and Story have one thing in common in the batter's box. They both seem to have an O-2 count before they even get to the batter's box.
  7. Bello has pitched well 3 of the 4 times he's started in the 2nd inning. There definitely appears to be a head problem for his difficulties in the 1st inning.
  8. Those big hits with RISP are rare for the Sox in close games. Where's Big Papi when we need him?
  9. The Sox need a better opening act for Bello. Similar to when Jimi Hendrix opened for The Monkees.
  10. I hate it when the Sox are hitting a certain pitcher and the damn manager takes that certain pitcher out of the game. That's unfair. The Sox manager hardly ever does that.
  11. I don't think his arm is as strong as the other two catchers, but unlike the other two catchers, he appears able to hit.
