  1. Interesting. I just checked Tuesday's pitcher for the SOX and it's Pivetta. Is there something wrong with EO? Anyone know?
  2. Houck definitely has the stuff and the mental make-up for the closing role. Please don't prove me wrong, Tanner.
  3. All the AL East teams won today; 3 by shut-outs.
  4. Great opener and great closer and tasty center.
  5. Good pitching all-around today.
  6. Great job, Houck. That was KOJI-like.
  7. Devers is just a pure hitter.
  8. Now the 'fun' part of the game.
  9. I'm pretty sure that great catch will be shown on Quick Pitch. Amazing grab by Refsnyder!
  10. Raf hits a 2 run homer and Ref makes a web gem catch.
  11. Please consider this. Devers is 5 years younger than Judge.
  12. I'm for keeping VAZ. Not a large supply of better catchers in the league.
  13. I'm and addict for EGGOS.
  14. Getting that 3rd out has been a challenge for SOX relievers a lot this season.
  15. SOX are like an electric car; no clutch.
  16. Interesting, Vegas. So which SOX reliever has the highest +, if any?
  17. I've come to realize that an opposing pitcher's ERA has very little to do with how the SOX perform against him.
  18. If the SOX were playing their 24th straight game against teams with a winning record, now that would be unusual in today's baseball.
  19. Because there's a ton of mediocre to crap teams playing under .500, including Seattle.
  20. Dugo continues to get himself out by allowing inside pitches to jam him. His at-bats are becoming tiresome to watch.
  21. Even though Houck isn't starting, if he was starting, Houck going the distance would garner the same odds as me going the distance in the Boston Marathon. A million to one.
  22. I wasn't including Whitlock in my BP post regarding AD, because Whit is now classified as a starter. But thanks for the in-depth breakdown.
  23. There are 7 teams in the AL that are over .500. Four of them are in the AL East.
