My bad. I'll attempt not to do that again.
  2. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
I guess none of us expected Martin to be as good as he was last year, so that can also be added to the adversity.
  3. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
McGuire must be playing with a right hand that's broken.
  4. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
See what happens when one compliments the defense.

I'm still adamant that this Cleveland team isn't anywhere near as good as their record at this point. Sometimes everything just falls your way and that's how I feel about this lucky Guardians' team. They'll eventually have a record more in line with reality. This may also be true for the SOX, but I am impressed with their competitiveness despite all the adversity.

Nice play by Duran. SOX defense has been excellent over the last few games.
  7. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Duran Devers O'Neil Casas Abreu Story Masas/Refsnyder Wong/McGuire Grissom That would have been a damn good line-up. Oh, well.
  8. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Wow. He looked out to me.
  9. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
No quit on this SOX team.
  10. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Thank goodness for the wild pitch.
  11. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Smart move by Guardians' manager bringing in a RH to keep O'Neil on the bench.
  12. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Nothing to say probably because he's not doing anything.
  13. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Devers, Abreu, and Casas. That would have been a nice 2-3-4 in the order. Oh, well.
  14. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
DH'ing seems to agree with Devers.
  15. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
With a slower runner that would have been a web gem.
  16. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
With men on it may be better if Rafaela K's.
  17. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Because of frailty issues and defensive issues, the SOX are overstocked with DH's.
  18. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Maybe they should just walk Brennan.
  19. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Interesting at bat by Bobby. Thought he had a HR, thought he had a walk, ended with a swinging bunt base hit.
  20. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Only Cora knows and he hasn't answered my calls in years.
  21. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
Most here are surprised that Bobby's still in MLB, but no one is more surprised than Bobby himself.
  22. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
No excuse. They practice catching foul tips all during ST.
  23. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
That's gonna leave a mark on the SOX starting pitching ERA.
  24. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
    "Mr Anderson."
  25. SPLENDIDSPLINTER
I thought the SOX had the exclusive rights to solo HR's.
