    Ballpark vendors aren't happy about the shortened game. They feel it doesn't give many fans time enough to get drunk enough to order hotdogs. Thank you Jimmy Kimmel for that insight.

    Since implementing the stupid 'beat the clock' rules, the average length of a 9 inning game has been reduced by 20 minutes. Whoop de doo.

    If Ohtani was just a hitter, he would probably get a contract averaging about 30-35mil/yr. If he was just a pitcher, he would probably receive about the same. I'm guessing he will be looking for 500 mil for 10 years. He'll be 29 in July.

    Reading comprehension? Who said anything about sucking. Both teams are bad; just pointing out the superstar numbers.

    The only real difference between the Angels and the SOX is the Angels have 2 superstars and the SOX have one. The fact that Ohtani is a great hitter and a great pitcher, that might mean the Angels have 3 superstars.

    With all these clock violations and other violations the powers that be have changed MLB into a game show. I remember one game show that was actually called BEAT THE CLOCK. Personally, I think these new rules are a joke. I would have preferred robo chUMPS.

    Trout reminds me of the jock in high school, who sat in the last row of the few classes he attended and fell asleep. After school he'd threaten nerds for any cash they might be carrying.
