    Martin, I believe, has given up more runs thru 12 games than he did all last season. The future doesn't look too good, but we weren't expecting much this year anyway.

    It would be impossible for Martin to be as good this year as he was last year.

    The difference in a starter going 6 innings instead of 5 is huge.

    The SOX have Martin and Kenley to cover the 8th and 9th, so the 7th s/b interesting.

    If MLB games were 7 innings long, the SOX would have the best starting staff in the league. Unfortunately for us, games are still 9 innings.

    This is what can happen when the starters, for the most part, can't go more than 5. Keep going to the well and the well runs dry.

    There's no excuse for a player like Reyes not perfecting how to bunt. The hitting coach should make it a priority to teach glove and no bat players to bunt.

    Why do I have the feeling I'm gonna be dead before the SOX win another championship? OTOH, lots and lots of SOX fans died w/o ever seeing a championship. Ive lived long enough to have seen 4, so I'll stop my complaining right now.
