    Definitely, but Cora has already said no, so it really doesn't matter.

    Devers will be better at 1st than he was at third. Moving from 3rd to 1st isn't that big a deal as has been proven many times.

    Devers could easily play 1st. It isn't like he's replacing a gold glove 1st baseman. Unfortunately, instead of having a real manager the Sox have Daddy Day Care Cora.

    The other internal option is moving Campbell to 1st. He appears to be a quick learner.

    Corable gives a 'not gonna happen' regarding Devers playing 1st. If the Sox don't make the PO's, perhaps that idiotic manager can be fired. I certainly hope so.

    On paper that's an impressive line-up and is much better than the Sox current line-up. One caution; I don't trust paper anymore.
