  1. You'll probably be the 1st one who complains when Pedey isn't hitting.
  2. .103 gets a face transplant.
  3. I thought the discussion was Chavis getting hurt playing 2nd base, not sliding into 2nd base. Btw, when Pedey comes back and is put back at 2nd, I don't want to hear complaining that Pedey isn't hitting. Of course, there will be complaining. Where's Chavis? will probably be the 1st complaint.
  4. I'm quite happy right now with Chavis.
  5. Islanders thrived most of the season because of their goaltending tandem. Scoring goals was not their strong suit.
  6. White Sox feed said that JBJ hurt his elbow last night trying to catch 9th inning homer.
  7. So Pedey is on rehab assignment. I wouldn't want Pedey to come back too soon.
  8. So Cora would have had JBJ and Leon in the line-up if JBJ had been available. So much for Cora taking my advise. Not surprised.
  9. My bad. I didn't realize that JBJ was not available.
  10. Fate has caused both JBJ and Leon batting back-to back. UGH!
  11. A normal batter strikes out and causes one out. A terribly bad batter strikes out and causes two outs.
  12. Well, at least Cora took my advise by not putting JBJ and Leon in the same line-up.
  13. Speaking of the hot hitting Devers, who would you select as the best all-around 3rd baseman? I'd pick Mike Schmidt.
  14. With Sale's slider 94 is fast enough.
  15. I don't know how well Chavis will evolve defensively, but I'm fairly sure he's gonna evolve into a very good hitter.
  16. Too bad Devers and JBJ couldn't meld into one player.
  17. The SOX have an 80% chance now of winning.
  18. Theoretically, a pitcher could throw a quality start in every game he pitched during the season and still end up with an ERA of 4.50.
  19. I agree. But that could still leave the score at 3-3 after 6 innings.
  20. Heard this stat earlier today. When a batter on a ML team hits a 3-run homer, his team wins 80% of their games. When a pitcher posts a quality start, his team wins 70% of their games.
  21. C. Sale vs R. Lopez BENI BETTS JD X-MAN DEVERS CHAVIS MORELAND T. LIN (CF) LEON
  22. The error caused Brasier to split his concentration between the runner on 1st and the batter. That's never a good thing.
  23. Some people are anal about name spelling, Tyler.
  24. Tuukka. My bad. Glad you caught it. You're better than Devers. Btw, I'll be checking for errors in your future posts. Speaking of Devers, the best thing I can say about him as an infielder is that he'd make a good DH.
