    Chavis is strong enough to reduce that over hard swing, which makes his head fly away from the ball.

    Chavis I've noticed doesn't watch the ball hit his bat. When I played baseball, I had the same problem. If it continues, it won't provide a long career.

    KC feed fact: Beni has a lifetime average of .345 with RISP. This is 2nd only to Tony Gwinn since 1950. This is based on a minimum of 250 AB's.

    To the few of us who are watching the hockey PO's, the scheduling is great. BRUINS play at 8:00PM tomorrow and SOX at 1:00PM tomorrow.

    Ironic that Brasier was probably the reason Kelly was let go. Now they're both being used for mop up duty.

    Both the O's and KC are on pace to go 50-112 this season. Definitely need expansion.

    I don't think it was his back. He was in a slump, which even Mike Trout gets into once in a while.

    Btw, as great a defensive CF that Joe was, his brother Dom was even better.

    Joe was the better all-around player. When Ted was in the outfield, he was practicing his swing. He would have been the perfect DH.

    True. It's funny in that during the period Joe D had his 56 game hitting streak, Ted had a higher batting average.

    And E-rod was E-fficient.
