    Off topic: Just wanted to send kudos out to Josh Donaldson for speaking out about the umpiring in MLB as being pathetic and free of accountability. IOW, pretty much what I and other posters on this forum have been saying for the last few years. Will his speaking out change anything? Yup, it will reduce the amount of cash in his pocket after the fine, but, as for improving the umpiring; not a chance.

    Hopefully, he'll be under the care of Nurse Ratched. She'll have him cured in no time.

    It just came to me about why JD is struggling this year. It's so obvious it was hidden. The reason is that there's no Brock Holt in the dugout for JD to hug and dance with after a HR. Case solved!

    I'll give the YES network credit. When Ken Simpleton left the booth, I didn't believe they could find another announcer as boring and stupid. I was wrong; Paul O'Neil checks off both boxes.

    The Yankems were definitely Houcked. Unfortunately, the SOX don't have a 'lined and sinkered' in the BP.

    So far the SOX starting staff going forward is Perez and Houck. Although with Houck it is a SSS. However, I like that he throws nothing straight.

    He was no-hitting the Yankems, but it's something one doesn't bring up while it's happening.

    SOX FO should sit JD for the rest of this season. His value declines following every game he plays. If he continues to play, the SOX may have to eat his entire remaining salary to get rid of him.

    That I'm watching this meaningless SOX/Yankem game should tell you all you need to know about how I feel regarding NFL football, NBA basketball and golf.
