  1. Chapman's wife might want to obtain a TPO.
  2. When I say I don't like Texas, it has nothing to do with baseball or any of their other sport's teams.
  3. EE's parrot hasn't had much to say in this series.
  4. With the exception of MOON, of course.
  5. Although I'm rooting against the Yankems, I'm no fan of the state of Texas. The deciding factor is that I've hated the Yankems longer than I've hated Texas.
  6. Although Gary Sanchez truly is as dumb as he looks, he really is a lousy defensive catcher.
  7. DD's main issue as GM was that he didn't have a fall guy like Lucchino to be blamed for any of his bad decisions.
  8. Because of their minuscule budget, relatively speaking, each year the Rays make the PO's their manager should win manager of the year and their GM should win GM of the year. 60 million dollar payroll; that's unbelievable.
  9. E-rod, unfortunately, doesn't get 20.
  10. Excellent base running by Betts and DEVERS DEliVERS for the last time this season. Devers and X-man gave this forgettable season something to remember.
  11. Workman had an excellent season. As good as any reliever in the league. And better than most.
  12. JBJ got JBJ'd. Fantastic catch.
  13. Again, did you watch the pitch the ump called a foul tip but wasn't, that VAZ didn't catch?
  14. Poor Owings. No matter where you locate him, he makes an out. Terrible baserunning.
  15. Imho, 4 players on the SOX had a great season-X-man, Devers, E-rod and Workman.
  16. I agree. The word great is overused.
  17. VAZ was the blame for this inning. He let a pitch get passed him that didn't touch the bat. He catches that pitch, inning over.
  18. Devers Delivers 200. Congrats!
  19. Also, it's not a good thing to continue to be faced with a ton of 3-2 pitches.
  20. What E-rod also has is an ERA OF 3.80 and a WHIP of 1.34. Of course I hope he gets his 20th win, but he is far from the 2nd coming of Johan Santana. His 19 wins are more a product of the propensity of runs the SOX offense provides him than his individual skills.
  21. Having to watch the SOX lose on Extra Innings is bad enough, but to be inundated with those putrid, boring MLB promos just adds insult to injury.
  22. C.Shepherd 0-0 7.71ERA vs E-rod 19-6 3.80ERA Only 2 reasons to watch are can E-rod win 20 and can Devers reach 200 hits? He needs 2.
  23. It was a post on page 3, #40, and most probably a worthless rumor, but, damn, it sounded good.
  24. Depending on how serious that Cubs' interest in Betts, Price and JBJ is, it would be almost perfect. It would put Betts in the NL, where he can't haunt us as much. DO IT, THEO! Hell, we'll even throw in Gorkys, Leon and Owings at no additional charge, including free shipping.
