  1. To be fair, Josh made some perfect low pitches that the f'ing chUMP called balls. This is not an exception to the normal; this is the normal.
  2. Damn, I was just about to post "good job, Josh." Oh,well.
  3. Again, 5-9 is not a problem. 6-9 is a problem.And 6 may turn it around.
  4. The SOX may be showcasing him for a trade.
  5. Oh, I'm not worried about #5 in the order. Actually, he's the least of my worries. Lead-off and 6-9 are major concerns.
  6. Perhaps, VAZ will get his stroke back.
  7. I would never post that unless it was Pedro in his prime or Jake DeGrom, who, I hope, doesn't start against the SOX on Wednesday.
  8. At this rate, as the season moves along, the BP is going to need duct tape to keep their arms from falling off.
  9. It appears that Flexen is having one of his 'blind squirrel' days.
  10. You follow hockey, Tyler. What happened to X-man would be similar to a deflected shot in hockey.
  11. Tough bounce for X-man. Just not our day.
  12. This SOX line-up has 4 guys who can actually hit; Cannot afford to lose any one of them.
  13. A starting pitcher who gives up 4 runs in the 1st 2 innings and then settles down while his team scores 7 runs. That's referred to as a Porcello start.
  14. [quote=jung; 1380591]Our defense so far this year SUCKS BALLS If our defense is sucking balls wouldn't that make our defense the Dyson of all defenses.
  15. DFA Verdugo and bring back the .230 batter. That post was so predictable.
  16. Verdugo is going to be very special. I love every part of his game. As I posted yesterday, 2-5 in this line-up is going to be devastating.
  17. Sponge-face Bob, who was the home plate ump, was no better or worse than the inept chUMPS whom have preceded him. This atrocious calling of balls and strikes has been going on for years and nothing, and I mean nothing, has been done about it. Disgraceful!
  18. Just finished watching SOX's well-deserved loss after I'd DVR'd the game earlier. Some observations: 1)Pivetta pitched very well and deserved a better outcome; 2)Cora manages about as well as I play the piano, which I play very badly; 3)The pitchers in the SOX Bull/Pig Pen have one thing in common with the hitters in the SOX line-up; There's a handful of good ones and a handful of bad ones. 4)On a positive note, 2-5 in the SOX line-up will, imho, put up some excellent offensive stats this season. Hopefully, that will be enough to keep the SOX in contention.
  19. Zone defense is outlawed in the NBA.
  20. I still like this SOX offense. They should be even more entertaining as the weather gets warmer. Of course, pitching is a concern.
  21. My bad. I thought Arroyo was at 1st.
  22. It probably would have been a DP.
  23. More help from the Jays.
