Andriese s/b DFA'd and Valdez s/b be brought up. Like I posted earlier, when the SOX are losing by a lot, Cora can always go with Marwin.

He does play very good defense, which is also part of the game. I guarantee if Marwin was playing SS tonight, well, I think you get the idea.

Did Bloom sign Perez? I don't think so.

On the other side of the coin, picking up Andriese and Santana means that Bloom isn't batting 1.000. Marwin isn't anything to write home about, but he is the type of player a team needs when that team has a truckload of relievers.

Besides Renfroe, Whitlock and Ottavino were also excellent grabs by Bloom. Pivetta may also turn into a steal.
