    Wonder how Devers hit last May in Boston? June? 399 at bats, in the Majors. Big difference compared to a guy with 1867 at bats. This is way more of a concern. Basically a Rookie having a slump, you don't expect it? You really don't want to hear JBJ's numbers in his first 399 at bats.

    Sounds good, but they play 51 games with 4 days off till AS Break, this is important part of schedule. Think they will need Pedey sooner than later.

    The way they are Rehabbing Pedey, you wont see him till AS break. 1 game, 4 days off, 2 games back-to-back 3 days off. 1 game DH. Probably play tonight.

    Critical situation in game Smart Manager will bring in a Lefty against him. .212 career against a Lefty, and this year hitting .179. Last year hit .232 against Lefties.

    Last 28 days JBJ is hitting .100, he's not that bad. 30K's in 70 Plate appearances. Damn.

    Benni is no bargain against Lefties either.

    If I'm Manager I'm playing him, at this point. I'd tell him, your going to sit against real tough Lefties. I'm sticking with you until All-Star break, then re-evaluate. Take all the pressure off, him, and see if he responds. His best Month has been June, in his career, see if the case this year. Again .240-.250 avg. I'm good.

    Playing the Orioles just as good as Demotion to Pawtucket or very close to it. haha Baltimore Pitchers are allowing Opposing Batters to hit .282, only KC (.283), is worse in entire Majors.

    Career wise JBJ's best Months have been in June and July.

    They play 51 games with 4 days off till All-Star break after today. This is a tough stretch of playing a lot of games with little time off till All-Star break. This is when injuries hurt. This is good time to see how Cora Manages the team, for days off for rest, and the Bullpen. Not to overwork them. Pedey coming back will help a lot.

    That Cardinal Team only had Jack Clark as there real Power hitter, in that Park at that time hard to hit HRS. They made that team fast, for that reason. Contact and speed more important then swing and misses, for maybe long outs anyway.

    That Cardinal team with Herzog was a base stealing machine.

    Errors hurt when Runs are scored, and innings are continued by giving extra outs away. Other day on Radio JBJ they said JBJ missed cut-off man, both runners advanced, DP taken out, and both Runs scored. No Error.

    Sox have 4 Lefty Starters, a lot harder to get good jump off Lefty. That helps the Catcher.
