    Next 17 games we don't play a team over .500, so we should be doing a beatdown on these teams, no? Sox have a .678 winning %. Toronto is going to be the toughest at .466.

    His fastball after Sale got to look like Batting Practice. I don't like way rotation is set, with Left-Lefty like this. I would flip it. Price and then Sale, somehow. Or Porcello after Sale, and then Price. Give batters a different view, from changing different angle. You got to be pretty set after facing a Lefty like Sale, and then Lefty Price as a batter.

    Last 30 days Price has a 5.18 era, but this is the killer, with 9 HRS. Opponents are hitting .287 against him. For KC, they were glad to face him.

    If I were the Sox I would push Sale Back 1 start, so he goes against Toronto, and give him last Start (Orioles) coming out of All-Star break, he'll get a additional day off, this week, and 12 days off going into All-Star break. Have to think about Post-Season, and stretch run. All-Star Game is so late this year they should be using this to their advantage, to rest Sale. Use the All-Star game if he goes as a BP session.

    For the Month of June KC as a team hit .193, and up to this point for July is hitting .228.

    Agree, don't panic. A couple of years ago, Swihart played the whole 2nd half of season, and did real good. Let's see.

    Yes, Dalbec had a nice game. Brandon Phillips went 2-5 for Lowell, in his first game since his signing. Pomeranz last night 3 innings 5 hits, 1 Run, 2 BB's, 1 K. Most important 0 Home Runs. So-so night. Rusney Castillo who made the All-Star team, went 3-3, hitting .311. He'll be 31 tomorrow.

    Went to Portland game, I'll give Kent a incomplete, got hit hard in 1st inning, and a lot of loud outs. Might not have been his night. But he doesn't impress me at this point. Kid for Hartford, Garcia who they just promoted, impressed me more. Had better stuff. Pitched a heck of a game, in only his 2nd game he started for Double AA. 6 innings 3 hits, 7 K's, 0 Runs. Hartford won 5-0. In all honesty I liked the Kid in Lowell, Montero more than Kent. Kid has good stuff, for his age. Fastball at 95, with a hell of a change-up. Lakins, gave up a run, a little erratic, with his control, but good fastball. The whole Offense stunk, Ockimey got a Double, and that was about it. Chavis over-matched K'd 4 times in this game. Last night for Lowell was off too, and that is a much easier League. Work in progress, I guess.     One thing and forget about Portland game took 2hrs and 35 minutes. Never see those in the Majors, or very rare.

    Saw him last night too for Lowell, tonight was his 1st game in Double AA. He played 4 games for Lowell.
