    Statistically, we are playing with 2/3 of a team this afternoon/ Last 3 hitters a are .121, .144 and ,200. I wonder how many runs Benni and Mookey will get a chance to drive in!

    Someome ;eft a post suggesting it might be a good idea to trade this guy while his value was up there thro thiriugh the roof. This, because hispdf effects will be gone and he won't be hitting 45- ft home runs. I can't find the post (the macroD doesn't help), but I wanted to point out that a 420 ft HR counts , too. Also, I don't doubt that his other skills will improve. Defense, pitch recognition, knnowledge of opposing pitchers,. God, look at all those things Devers has learned in the past year!!! I'm not sure most folks (who haven't seen every pitch) have no idea where this fellow is heading! Williams, Foxx, but with both in theire prime instead of one coming and one going. You can take that to the bank!

    Usn't it time this kid got his own thread? 5'10"? Looks 6'. Most impressive day, aside from the Lansdonn street bomb, was th 3 BB and a hP the same game. Not swinging at everything, that's for sure. I feel as confident about thi guy as I did about Mookie that dayI saw him his first year at in Ft Myers!

    I thinl someone has introduced Devers to Wade Boggs recand he's punching the ball to left field. Meanwhile Moreland and Bennie stillently. His swing is a little shorter, Meanwhile Morland and Bennie are busy looking for that low inside lefty killer, and ptting their foot in the bucket on almist every pitch. Jacjie is hopeless.

    Mookie would still go to the plate looking for a walk! He has letat least 50 1st pitch 92mph fastball, middle of the plate, zip by him this year. The bottom 3rd of any lineup you want to pay will hit .180. What's the difference who hits where if none of them are hitting? Question should be WHY

    I amfighting late stages of Macro D (at age 94) sofind it hard to keep with even the most obvious. Which brings us to Vasquez. Three years ago I was sure he was the Sox catcher until 293! Now I wonder why he's even on the roster. What happened? His hitting and fielding get worse every day. This is not somethng out of the blue. Cora is using him less than he ever did, so it's not a secret. What's the answer? I'll follow as best I can. Excuse the typos

    He belongs in Pawtucket taking hitting classes! Make him write WAITM WAIT WAIT, QUICK QUICK QUICK, 1000 times before breakfast. I'm sure histerrible hitting is affecting his hitting also.
