in 2018 he slumped in April and part of May. so yeah, he got us there. i'm on record saying i trade or non tender him after this season in order to reset the tax. but i'm also not going to put my head in the sand and ignore the contribution the kid made to our 2018 campaign. sentence 1: he literally won the ALCS MVP. sentence 2: he had zero to due with getting Boston a parade. those 2 sentences are in contradiction. which one isnt true?

i would be shocked to see that OF alignment. JDM playing fulltime OF will be a disaster. Beni does not have the arm to play RF at Fenway.

my problem with the "rest days" is how they are set in stone. if Beni goes 3-4 lets skip the "rest" day and ride that streak. give him the day off after an o-fer.
