you are missing the original point though to prove a different point. moving X-bo to 3b means we now need to get a SS for the next handful of years. let me know the thumping ss that is available right now for the next 4 years? we need to have power from 1 of those 2 positions. generally it is much easier to find a power hitting corner infielder than middle infielder. Xander hits like a middle infielder, and plays adequate middle infielder defense and has improved as he grows up. it wasn't a blanket statement that xander cant play 3b defensively. i am on record in this very thread stating that i find it unfair that posters use 2014 3b stats to say he cant play 3b. so, let me know the power hitting SS that you see us obtaining as we move Xander to 3b?

i definitely feel your frustration with 3b and never frown on out of the box thinking. in this particular case, i dont think that X-Bo has the power numbers that i would like to see from a corner position. i do think his arm is good enough for 3b and i dont think it's fair for people to use his 3b defense from 3 years ago as stats as he has gotten way better at defense since that time. also, at this moment i just dont see the SS replacement to initiate the move of Xander to 3b...especially with Devers in the wings. apparently DD will try 101 things at 3b prior to bringing Rafi up, but i dont believe one of them will be moving X-bo to 3b.

these are all my opinions that i post on the internet. that said...i don't disagree with your statement on "difference" but i do believe there is a difference outside of what you state. also pansy and attitude have nothing to do with each other. a player can have a great attitude and be a pansy.....

i believe he did pitch a no-no. it really is incredible that he made it to the MLB level and stuck for awhile. some serious determination he had....

lol. many of the kids parents think so. as for POM trade....i hated it the day it happened but could almost understand the why of it. when we had the opportunity to re-neg on it due to the injury to POM i cannot fathom why DD stood pat....

i have kids on my 11u team that use crazy glue to fix stuff like this and compete. this "injury" should never have even been brought up to the public, media, anyone. i stand by my statement that price is a pansy.

the salary is not the issue. it's what we gave up in the trade. way too much for a reliever turned starter with less than a full season of stats under his belt at the time....

69, 67, 60, 57 4 times in 4 situations. that's 100%. i didnt bother going back any further after lunch because i made my point. Farrell 100% has a script when it comes to 7th, 8th, 9th inning in close games with a lead. given a rested pen and a lead of 1-3 runs it is 100% certain that JF will: Kelly 7th Barnes 8th Kimbrell 9th that's a fact. not an alternative fact.
